• If you witness any improper conduct in the workplace, it is important to express that type of behavior is inappropriate.  Failure to do so can lead to creating a hostile work environment.  
  • If you see any offensive pictures, videos or cartoons in the workplace, remove them and state that these will not be tolerated.
  • If you overhear offensive or discriminatory language, communicate disapproval.
  • Incidents and your actions should be documented for future reference, and the offender should be monitored for any future occurrences.
